It’s up! And my Josephine Mitts are on the cover!
I would’ve posted earlier, but I’ve been working on the winter sweater pattern all day. (It’s so pretty & romantic. It’s also been driving me a bit crazy today.)
But do enjoy the new Knitcircus! There are a lot of really cute patterns, all very suited for gifts, of course. And if you’re needing some ideas to pass on to other people for things to get you, there’s a lot in here to which you can refer people: pages of editor’s picks, lovely yarns, book reviews and more.
There’s as a great interview with Sally Melville too.
I‘m hoping to be hosting some giveaways soon now! here on the blog & on the Ravelry group.
For the Rav group, just be a member.
For the blog, sorry, ya gotta work a little bit.
I have 3 issue downloads AND A SUBSCRIPION to give away! Leave a comment on this post with your favorite pattern, yarn, link, etc from the current Gifts Issue by this Sunday, Sept 19th, Midnight PST. I’ll pick three lucky winners using the trusty random number generator. Winners will be announced Monday.

I love the organic bath set!
Congratulations on the cover! Those are some gorgeous mitts.
I’m in the Rav group so I’m not going to link, but I have gone through the magazine on line and the mitts are clearly the best pattern.
have to say the highlighter tape would be fantastic for lace knitting!! i also really like the Moroccan lace socks
congrats on making the cover!!
I love your mitts and they actually make me want to try beading. I also love the Morrocan Lace Socks. Hmmm…both patterns use red yarn.
Do I have to pick just one? I’ve got to say, your mitts are really cute. The Moroccan Lace Socks make me drool too. And that First Holiday Dress? How cute is that? Absolutely adorable. Pretty great issue, all in all.
ilina (in the rav group too)

Favorite pattern. That’s easy. Josephine Mitts hands down! Great job. Congratulations!!!!
I don’t knit socks but I love the sock patterns in this issue!
Love the hand warmers on the cover.
My favorite pattern would be the Josephine Mitts or the Frilly Cuffs. My favorite article is the one about the vampire knits book, I can’t wait for my library to get that one in!

I love your gloves! Congrats on the cover – your pattern deserves it. They look very festive.
Beside the gloves, I think my favorite pattern is the PKOK socks – I like how the ribbing in the feet becomes more complicated in the leg.

Congrats Steph… Love your mitts pattern.. The only thing cooler if it was made from our yarns… LOL

Mette, I’d love to do a pattern for your yarns, you know that!
I love those mitts! Besides them, I think my favorite pattern from that issue are the Moroccan Lace Socks.
Those mitts are lovely! Congrats on making cover =D
I think my favorite are the Moroccan lace socks
Pick just one, huh? That’s tough, but since it’s one that I have a chance of actually winning… I’d have to say the PKOK socks are what I’d be most likely to knit (but your mitts are the ones I’d most like to own…)
Thanks for having the contest and congratulations on making the cover. I think I have to pick the frilly cuffs as my favorite, although I like your mitts a ton too!
I just love all your mitts & socks..Congrats on the cover and those red mitts are awesome!
