Here’s the Chinle Cowl, companion to the Painted Desert hat (to be released tomorrow).
It’s a super fast, fun knit, and like all the patterns from the upcoming TEXTURED e-book, really lets the yarn shine. I used Anzula Cricket for my sample, and I promise you the yarn is just heavenly to work with.
As promised, if you’re a newsletter subscriber, you can download this pattern for free between now and Sept 1st, as a thank you for having subscribed. The alternating stitch patterns in this fun, quick to knit unisex cowl are meant to evoke the striations of the mineral layers in the hills of the Painted Desert. The Chevron Welt Fantastic biases the fabric to let the other seed stitch layers ripple.
