Did a painful ~5.5 mile run/walk today. My calves (which were the only tight muscles post-tri) were still painfully tight for about 2/3 of today’s run/walk. Ouch. Swimming class starts tonight! Dave and I are planning on biking the Strand tomorrow morning....
